I am Anna Roos, founder of The Frequency Studio.
I work at the intersection of energetic intelligence, business and transformation. I read the deeper patterns shaping a person or organisation beneath the visible reality — and translate what I find into language, choices and action that can be used in the physical world.
Before this work, I spent almost two decades in engineering, real estate, commercial development, leadership, consulting and organisational transformation.
My ability is unusual. My background is grounded in the real world.

I learned to lead, build and deliver inside demanding systems.
My professional life began in construction and real estate — complex, capital-intensive environments where ideas ultimately have to become decisions, investments and physical results.
I worked internationally, moved into commercial leadership in my twenties and later became Head of Commercial Development for the Stockholm region. I worked across offices, hotels, logistics and retail, with responsibility for strategy, commercial development and complex stakeholder environments.
Later, as a consultant and change leader, I worked with organisational transformation and large-scale change — helping people and systems move from strategy into implementation.
That experience taught me something I still use every day:
change does not happen because the new structure is intelligent. It happens when the human system can actually move with it.

ON PAPER, NOTHING WAS MISSING
I had built the life I thought success was supposed to look like.
I was ambitious, capable and accustomed to being the person who could make things happen. I had built the career, the marriage, the home, the family and the professional identity I believed success was supposed to look like. And still, somewhere underneath it all, something was not at peace.
Then several parts of that life changed at once. My marriage ended, the home and country house was sold, and a reorganisation removed the role around which much of my professional identity had formed. Without those structures, I was forced to ask a question I had never really had to answer before:
Who am I when I am not performing the identity I built?
I made a decision that the next chapter of my life would be created from what felt true — not from expectation, achievement or what looked sensible from the outside. I rebuilt slowly: a new relationship, a blended family, a new home and, eventually, a role that in many ways was the professional dream I had spent years working towards.
But over time, I recognised something uncomfortable. I had changed almost everything around me, yet the deeper pattern was still there. I was still pushing, performing and controlling in many of the same ways, only inside a different life.
I had changed the circumstances. I had not changed the energy creating them.
I had spent years becoming someone the world could recognise. I now had to discover who I was without the performance.

Everything changed when I understood the energy I was creating from.
I began to see that my outer reality was not separate from my inner state.
The pressure, hyper-responsibility, control and performance that had helped me succeed were also shaping what success cost me.
Changing a job, relationship or plan could create movement. But if the underlying pattern remained the same, it would eventually rebuild itself through new circumstances.
The deeper shift came when I started to understand what genuinely creates life-force for me — and which learned patterns had been directing my choices without me realising it.
For the first time, I could distinguish between something that merely looked right and something that was actually aligned with who I was.
I left the role I had once considered my dream job and created The Frequency Studio from work I had once struggled to explain — but could no longer deny.

The invisible is only useful when it changes something real.
I access information through what I describe as the quantum field — information that sits beyond what conventional analysis alone can reach.
I read how energy is moving, where capacity is being lost and which deeper patterns are shaping the physical result.
For an individual, that can mean identity, relationships, work, money, creativity and direction.
For a business, it can mean leadership, people, offers, communication, sales, clients, systems and the patterns moving between them.
My role is to bring the information back and translate it into something you can use: a clearer decision, a boundary, a strategic choice, a structural change, a conversation that needs to happen, or a pattern that is ready to end.
The application changes. The method does not.
I can enter the invisible – and return with something you can use.
The deeper foundation
We are not separate from the lives, businesses and systems we create.
I believe everything is energy and that separation is an illusion.
We are interconnected with one another, with nature and with the larger field of which we are part. The inner state from which we live and lead therefore matters. It shapes our choices, relationships, organisations and the systems we participate in creating.
This does not remove personal responsibility. It makes responsibility more complete.
When we stop treating ourselves as separate from the results we create, we regain the power to change the pattern at its source.
Your outer reality carries information about the energy you are creating from.
You are not powerless inside the patterns you inherited or learned.
Business can create abundance without asking people or nature to carry the hidden cost.
We are not here merely to survive the existing system. We can participate in building a new one.
