I am Anna Roos, founder of The Frequency Studio.
I work at the intersection of energetic intelligence and grounded strategy. I read the patterns shaping an individual or a business beneath the visible reality — then translate what I find into language, decisions and action that can be used in the physical world.
My ability is unusual. My background is not.
Before this work, I spent almost two decades in engineering, real estate, commercial development and leadership. I understand targets, complex organisations, commercial responsibility and what it means to be the person expected to know what happens next.

I learned to lead, build and deliver inside demanding systems.
My professional life began in construction and real estate — one of Sweden’s most traditional and performance-driven industries.
I worked internationally in Houston, moved into leadership while still in my twenties and later became Head of Commercial Development for the Stockholm region. I worked with large-scale projects across offices, hotels, logistics and retail, where every vision eventually had to become a decision, an investment and a physical result.
Along the way, I was selected for Skanska’s Global Young Advisory Board, recognised among Sweden’s young women in real estate and became a finalist for a national female leadership award for engineers. I also co-founded a business advancing gender equality in corporate Sweden.
These experiences taught me how strategy, people, incentives and systems interact. They also taught me how easy it is to create impressive results while becoming increasingly disconnected from yourself.

i did everything Right
On paper, nothing was missing
I was high-performing, ambitious and accustomed to being the capable one.
I had built the career, the marriage and the beautiful life I thought success was supposed to look like: an apartment in central Stockholm, a country house, a boat, a family and a professional identity that kept moving forward.
And still, something felt fundamentally off.
Then several parts of that life collapsed at once.
My marriage ended. We sold what we had built. A reorganisation
removed the role around which much of my professional identity had formed. I was left without the external structures that had told me who I was.
I remember the feeling less as one dramatic moment and more as a quiet, frightening absence. Without the title, the relationship and the life I had worked so hard to create, I did not know who remained.
I had spent years becoming someone the world could recognise. I now had to discover who I was without the performance.
one decision changed the direction
The next life would be built from truth.
I made a decision that every choice from that point forward would come from my authentic self — not performance, expectation or what looked sensible from the outside.
It was not a quick transformation.
I rebuilt layer by layer: identity, relationships, home, family and professional direction. I met my partner and created a blended family. I stepped into the dream role I had worked towards for years and built a stable, beautiful life again.
But the deeper discomfort returned.
I had changed almost everything externally. Yet inside, I was still pushing, performing and controlling. I was using the same internal operating system to create a different version of the same life.
I had changed the life. I had not changed the energy creating it.
the pattern was beneath the circumstances
Everything changed when I understood the energy I was creating from.
I began to see that my outer reality was not separate from my inner energy.
The pressure, hyper-responsibility and need for control that had helped me succeed were also shaping what success cost me. Changing the job, relationship or plan could create temporary movement, but the same pattern would eventually rebuild itself through new circumstances.
The shift came when I understood the energies that genuinely create life-force for me — and the unconscious patterns that had been quietly directing my choices.
For the first time, I could see the difference between a decision that looked right and one that was aligned with who I actually am.
I left the dream role. I stopped treating my deeper knowing as something to fit around the edges of a respectable life. And I built The Frequency Studio from the work I had once been unable to explain but could no longer deny.
i read the layer beneath the visible result
The invisible is only useful when it changes something real.
I access information in what I describe as the quantum field — an interconnected field of information that extends beyond what conventional analysis can reach.
I read how energy is moving, where it is blocked and which underlying pattern is shaping the physical result.
For an individual, I read the energetic system: the person’s natural blueprint, the energies that create life-force and the fears, wounds or karmic patterns influencing work, money, relationships and direction.
For a business, I read the company as a living energetic entity: the people, offers, communication, sales, clients and systems through which its energy and value move.
The application changes. The method does not.
My role is to bring back the information and translate it into something you can use — a clearer decision, a boundary, a strategic choice, an offer that needs to change or a pattern that can no longer remain in place.
I can enter the invisible – and return with something you can use.

I do not ask you to choose between depth and practicality.
The engineer in me looks for structure, relationships and root causes. The commercial leader in me understands targets, trade-offs and the consequences of a decision. The energy reader in me can access information those perspectives cannot reach on their own.
That combination is the foundation of my work.
I do not use quantum physics to prove my method, and energetic insight does not replace financial, legal, medical, commercial or organisational expertise. It adds another layer of information — one that can reveal why intelligent visible solutions have not created the change they were expected to create.
You do not need to use my language publicly. You do not need to understand every part of how I receive the information. You need to be open to what becomes possible when the whole picture is allowed into the room.
The deeper foundation
We are not separate from the lives, businesses and systems we create.
I believe everything is energy and that separation is an illusion.
We are interconnected with one another, with nature and with the larger field of which we are part. The inner state from which we lead and create therefore matters. It shapes our choices, relationships, systems and the value we bring into the world.
This does not remove personal responsibility. It makes responsibility more complete.
When we stop treating ourselves as separate from the results we create, we regain the power to change the pattern at its source.
Your outer reality carries information about the energy you are creating from.
You are not powerless inside the patterns you inherited or learned.
Business can create abundance without asking people or nature to carry the hidden cost.
We are not here merely to survive the existing system. We can participate in building a new one.
